This company is fantastic! They did the installs and annual service for two of my family members in Garden City years ago, so I was a little scared to get an estimate from them for my more modest house in Massapequa - but I was totally wrong. They did fantastic work with no mess and in only a few hours. Couldn't have been more friendly or real . . .A N D . . . they were priced right between two other estimates that I got on my own. Love these guys (and my green lawn!) and totally recommend them. Nice nice working class people that are totally professional. Now I love this company just like my brother and sister do.

Wonderful arrived as scheduled. Repair done immediately. Very happy will be using them for end of season shut down of system. They will be my new company for this as well as lawn service for organic treatments. Very knowledgeable regarding weed control. Can’t wait.

Aquatec installed my sprinklers over 10 years ago and have been servicing them ever since; Spring turn on, Fall blow out and back flow test. I live in an incorporated village which strictly enforces the back flow test requirement. Aquatec sends those results in on my behalf without delay. From time to time I’ve had an emergency repair. The repairs are handled immediately. The crew is always prompt and courteous. I highly recommend Aquatec.

First, this company NEVER honors appointments. The last two appointments that I've scheduled were confirmed and then they didn't show up. When I finally got them to my home, they did a lousy job and overcharged me. They were looking to make money off of me and wanted me to hire them to install a whole new sprinkler service. Do not use these people.

"First of all, I would like to respond by saying that you are incorrect. We did confirm the appointment on Friday, the day before, for the appropriate time slot. I also to you we would contact you 15 minutes prior to coming, so you wouldn't waste time waiting around. You were more than happy at that time. I also mentioned that I am not in the office on Saturdays, which is why I suggested the call first option. However, after returning on Monday morning to two messages, both before 3:00 pm the time, you were annoyed i was not returning your calls. My service men, did call you prior to coming to let you know they were on their way. Unfortunately, sometimes the scheduled time is missed, but we ALWAYS call our customers to let them know. So, thank you for your service and you can gladly call some other company to take of your home in the future. Unfortunately, we are not able to satisfy your particular needs. And, I would also like to mention, we don't overcharge our customers. Prices are given out first, prior to doing any work. It is your choice to accept or not."

He fixed a few heads and reset the timer, but he never had the sprinklers come on at all. Returned from vacation to burnt lawn and dead tomatoes. Had to set the timer myself.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], I had read your review, and was quite upset at your comment. I have had a chance to go over your account, which was hard to find at first because we have not dealt with you directly for your home. We had been communicating with Tom, on your homes behalf. That being said, we were at your house on May 2nd, to turn on your system and replace 2 heads and fittings that weren't working. Upon leaving your house, system was working fine. On July 8th, callled to your house again, by Tom, to replace a different head and nozzle, and again, the system was working fine. At neither time were we paid for any work that was performed. In October, I finally received payment, and again, no mention of any problems or of dead lawn or tomatoes. So you can see my problem with your grading. That being said, had we heard from you upon your return, we would had gladly addressed any issues you may have had. This is why we prefer.to deal with the homeowner directly."

I was very happy with this service. Joe was professional and straightforward regarding the job and its' cost.
They expanded an existing system and did not try to sell me any upgrades to the sprinkler heads /lines that I already had in.
I requested a new control box which he installed. Most importantly they worked around brand new Sod in my yard and left everything as undisturbed as can be expected.
I would definitely recommend Aquatech to anyone in need of Sprinklers and plan to use them for any future maintenance.

I contacted Aquatic Lawn Sprinklers because I needed a combination of landscaping work and an in-ground sprinkler installation. Aquatic is very unique in that they perform both of these services. This made the job very convenient to schedule as I only had to deal with one company instead of having to schedule both a landscaper and sprinkler company. I called Joe to schedule an appointment and received a prompt response. He arrived on schedule to provide me with an estimate and I hired him to perform the job the next week. He arrived with his crew and all of the equipment needed to complete the job the same day. The job was finished within a few hours and they cleaned the area before leaving. Joe even called later that day jus to make sure that I understood how to maintain the area and water the new grass seed that was planted. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely hire Joe again.

Very happy with system. Gave me the best warranty from what the other companies offered. Aquatec used Toro sprays and Hunter Rotarys heads at my house. He also used an excellent Irritoral controller that has been a pleasure to use. It does everything and I didn’t need to read the book after Joe show me how to use it. He also put the controller in my garage, which took a great deal of work because of the amount of wire he had to run. Also install Irritoral Wirless rain sensor which works great. Also installed a Back flow device and got the town permit. He ended up having to come back the next day to finish up because of the quality job he had done. Very happy and the price was very fair given the job he did. Highly recommend
