+ -1 moreThey did a great job on both the repair & cleaning. They reattached the strap and also added a rivet on each of the straps. They also got off all the grime that the airline had managed to get on the bag.
Description of Work: Had a suitcase damaged by an airline, in that they managed to rip off one of the two reinforcing straps along the bottom of the bag. My wife took it to Andy's for repair & also decided to have it cleaned while it was there.

Description of Work: What a wonderful experience. The scoping handle on my husband's TravelPro bag broke. Unfortunately replacement parts from TravelPro were no longer available. Andy's kept searching and trying different ones and after about a month or so did find something that worked perfectly. We were surprised that they devoted so much time to this and totally shocked at such a low cost for the repair. We will definitely recommend and use them again.

+ -1 moreNot many details to tell. We brought in the bag thinking that they were going to tell us if was not fixable. To our surprise, they took the bag and said it would be done in two weeks. The only problem. We drove in on a Monday to pick it up only to find out that they were closed There really aren't many details. We took our bag in thinking that they were going to tell us it was not fixable. Instead, they gave us a ticket and told us it would be ready in two weeks. Andy's Luggage did a great job. The only problem we have was that we drove in on a Monday to pick it up only to discover that they are closed on Mondays. Oh well.
Description of Work: Fixed the crashed in front wheeled side of our very large new light weight plastic suitcase that was damaged during a cruise. It looks and feels like new. We will be traveling in a few weeks and will know more then.
