The do good work when they show up. Instead of buying other companies ought to take care of their customers first.Several times waited all day for a noon till 4 pm appointment just to get a no show or call 345 not coming. If they re schedule you would think you would get a sorry discount or a sorry .Well nothing for nothing they did this to me for the last time going elsewhere.

Tommy and Lisa are a great couple working together . They know the business very well . Tommy gave me a very reasonable price to install a 1 zone in my front yard . They boys came early in the morning on time & took about 2 hrs . They are very neat & very professional.I was so surprised when they dig the grass out it will make a mess but when they left is like nothing happen . Hardly notice anything was done . I m so happy now I don t need to water my grass & plants my self . I would highly recommend them . I will always use them in the future . Many Thanks !! Great job !!!!!

tom the owner and his crew were prompt clean and reasonable upon assessing the job tom took the time to fully explain and show me the damage and explain the cost then wrote the estimate there was no pressure i then recd 2 other estimates i decided on american not because he was cheapest but because of his confidence honesty and easy going demeanor we booked the job the day of i recd phone call to confirm then another call later in day to let me know they were running 15mins late they arrived Tom was there supervising his crew from start to finish upon finding another minor issue he immediately let me know and took me outside to explain in detail what had to be done (impressed) upon completion of job he brought me outside to show me the sod was put back everything was swept and rinsed didnâ t even look like the ground was disturbed he proceeded to advise me on the rest of the property maintenance informing me that the front flower beds were being water logged and changed my watering schedule thatâ s why my shrubs we turning not even my landscaper said it was from cold winter we had no winter on li this year! i highly recommend American for all your irrigation needs they are professional neat thorough and honest i will be using them from now on for all my irrigation needs thank very much such a pleasure to do business w a truly 5star company!

They were able to find a leak that no one could for the past 6 months. Technician found it within minutes. Came back with parts and issue resolved. No more expensive water leaks. I hired them as my sprinkler company going forward. Great job.

Had broken line under a concrete slab. I thought for sure this would be a major job and that the slab would have to be broken up to make repair. After accessing the overall layout and the number of heads on that zone, Tom, the owner, explained that while that breaking up the concrete was a possibility, a much less expensive remedy might be to sleeve the existing line with a slightly smaller one. Well, the second method worked out just fine and saved me a ton of money. In all honestly, he could have told me anything and sold the bigger job, but he did not. These guys are the best!
