phone calls, but no financial changes.I wanted to remove my husband as driver and get a new quote. I was told that it didn,t make any difference as I had a basic, not premium plan. I have auto, homeowners/condo, and umbrella insurance with them for greater than 20 yrs with no claims. I receve prompt return

I had a contractor come in and do some work on the tub. In the process, they had banged on the wall which was back to back on my other bathroom. The whole wall that was between fell down and cracked the mirror and counter. It was a terrible interaction with the contractor. Allstate was able to take care of it with my home policy and I was satisfied. I have had them for years.
