On time, on budget. Due to impending bad weather, Paul stayed late and completed the job ahead of schedule.

Paul came out first and took measurements and details of everything we wanted done. He turned those details into the appropriate department at Lowes. We met with the salesman at Lowes and selected the items we wanted. Based on the measuerments taken by Paul, the salesman was able to order the custom marble vanity top and provide all the materials specified by Paul. When the vanity top arrived, Paul was notified and called to make an appointment for the installation.
On the scheduled installation day, Paul arrived promptly at the time scheduled. He performed the installation exactly as we had discussed and did a thorough cleanup and check out before he left. He also told me to call if there were any problems and assured me he would be right here if needed.

The entire process went incredibly well even with the unexpected issue found related to the incorrect installation of hte old dishwasher. It started off well with Paul not only arriving on time but a few minutes befoire the scheduled time. It continued with the care he tok n insuring that the removal of the olfd machine didn't damage theflooring oe leave dirt/water laying around. After removing the old machine it was clear that that installation was done incorrectly (and may have contributed to the failure of the machine). He without additional charge replaced the incorrrect elelctrical and water conections and repaired the holes left in the drywall from the ealier work. After completing that portion of the installation he cleaned-up the drain hose connection to the drain and was done in about 35 minutes. Well better than expected.
