 + -1 moreHe doesn't show up regularly. Many in my neighborhood use a different plow service and they were regularly plowed out. When he does come, he plows a very thin lane, barely big enough to get my car through. He has also plowed and boxed in my car, creating more work for us. He doesn't respond to texts or phone calls. Photo is one of the times he plowed and blocked in our car.

 + -1 moreDid a fair job - often the last house on the street plowed. Often had to call to make sure we were not forgotten. Yard was TRASHED and so torn up at the end of the season. Scraped seal coating off driveway and left newly sealed driveway in fall a mess come springtime. Probably will be looking for another service next season.

Description of Work: I was disappointed, during the week of Christmas 2012 we had a snow storm, they did not show up, I paid for a yearly contract and could not get out of my driveway for two days. Finally when they came stated truck was broke down. And was rude about the situation, I am not sympathetic, but my job doesn't allow me to be rude and not figure out how to get the job done
