Gutters were clogged and when it rained, water gushed over the gutters.  Called JG Cleaners and although Joe offered to come out first and give an estimate, I  asked him to just come out and clean the gutters.  He quoted me an estimate based on my description of my home and what he quoted me was what I was billed .  Two men came out within the next day and took care of everything.  Didn't leave a mess...everything was sucked into a container and taken with them.  Definitely will use them again in the autumn after the leaves fall.

I was having a real problem with the gutters in my new house not draining and spilling over with rain water. I was able to clean up the lower gutters but couldn't reach the upper gutters (30' +/-) and with all the rain we've been having it was flooding against the house in the back and filling up one of the basement window wells. I needed someone that did quality work at a reasonable price and could do them quickly before I had more water problems. I called JG Cleaners around 8 AM yesterday (7/8/13). The gentleman that answered the phone was very courteous, friendly and professional. He described their services (they are used exclusively by Nothnagle Realtors whom I just had a very pleasant experience with in buying my house) and explained how they clean the gutters. I gave him my address and he called me back in less than 5 minutes (as he said he would) after looking at my house on Google Maps and quoted me a very reasonable price of $100 for vacuuming my gutters and flushing them and all downspouts (I have a lot of gutters). He then said he could have a crew there in three hours to perform the work and then would mail me an invoice. I had to go to work so I didn't see them actually do the work (which I would have preferred to do) but it rained really hard that evening and....water overflow problems solved! So clearly they did the work and I was able to inspect some of the lower gutters and they looked great. Very good quality and professional service all completed in same day I called.

Our basement had gotten water in it because it was raining very hard and we hadn't realized that our gutters were completely clogged with debris.  They overflowed right beside the house, and due to the fact that we have an old stone basement, it wasn't too hard for the water to find a way in.  The next morning I called JG Cleaners before 8 in the morning in absolute desperation.  Joe told me that he had to check with his crews and would call me back.  In no time at all he called back and told me someone would be there in an hour.  I'm pretty sure it was just under an hour when his son showed up and did a thorough job of cleaning out our gutters.  We were thrilled over the promptness of their service and the completeness of the job done!  It rained again a day or two later, and our basement stayed dry!  I couldn't believe how quickly they came to our rescue, and how pleasant the young man was who did the job.  He made sure I could tell that the gutters were clear of debris, and I appreciate the time he took to reassure me that we were in good shape.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of job done!!

It was a positive experience with them.  They did a good job.  I wasn't there when they did it.  I saw the work afterwards and it looked good.  I only interacted with them over the phone.
