. I can't say enough good things about Josh and Faith, who taught the
classes I've been in so far.  My dog has come a long long way in the
past two summers of attendance. He gets so excited he rocks the car
going down the road as he realizes we are headed to class.

The staff was very friendly , helpful and professional. My dog seemed to have enjoyed her stay and we will use Creekside again. The facility was clean and well maintained. The real test will be when we take our dog back how she responds. When we lived in Pittsburgh, Pa we took her to Cozy Inn Pet Resort. She loved it there and when we would get within 2 miles of the place she would get so excited that she could hardly contain herself. We have not been able to find anyplace that she responds to that positively here in NY. Staying at Creekside only once, I don't know what her reaction will be when she visits again. Only time will tell.

Lydia and Walter had never been in a kennel before so we were a little nervous, but
they loved it! The playtime with the other dogs was a great opportunity
for them to socialize. When we brought them each morning they ran to
go inside. We left them overnight and again we were so pleased. The
facility is warm and inviting and everyone we met that works there were
just wonderful with the dogs. They obviously love what they're doing!
We will not hesitate to leave our beloved dogs there again and highly
recommend it to anyone who needs a loving, fun place to take their dogs.

Great service. Although pricey, it reflects the care your dog gets. I didn't feel I had to worry about him as he is an older dog. I knew he was getting attention and being taken care of. I have boarded my dog in several different places throughout the years and he would come back depressed. Not here. He was happy! Have recommended to several people.

Excellent! They are our first choice for boarding every time.

Calls are returned promptly. Since they take great care of the dogs, the rooms fill up quickly. Each dog has a nice sized kennel with a Cool-a-roo bed, and are exercised regularly. We were encouraged to call the kennel if we wanted to check on how our pet was doing.
