This company was great they addressed my concerns with toddler safety.They use all natural products no nasty chemicals.They left equipment for as long as I needed and sent in a dumpster for clean out use. They also clean up from flooding and alot of other issues. They deal straight with insurance companies no questions asked no worries..

We had worked w/ Bill on several less extensive floods but the major one was Christmas Eve in 2012, where we had damage to both floors of the house and the basement. Bill has always been responsive, professional, knowledgeable and super nice. He made a bad situation more tolerable. Although the work was expensive, it was completely reimbursed by our homeowners insurance.

I called Bill the day my Family Room flooded in the July rain storms. As you can imagine I was very upset. He was awesome to tell me over the phone he would be right there and immediately setup a system to dry out the rug, and walls. He also made suggestions on how to alleviate any more flooding. He also made sure there was mildew smell in the house. He was also able to work with my insurance company to help get things done. I am very grateful for his help and professionalism. He does amazing work and I give him the highest recommendation. I know I will be calling on him again.

First they discussed the levels of treatment, each level involving more cost but resulting in less negative consequences of water / sewage damage. I chose the full treatment. removal and disposal of the carpet, vacuming up the water, and spraying disinfectant and odor remover, and running 3 high capacity dehumidifiers for a week.

Bill Birx of All Dry Now, Inc. was a life saver for us. We had an independent environmental mold testing company refer Bill and his services for remediation of toxic black mold that was growing in our partially finished basement. We were incredibly impressed with Bill's professionalism, expertise, and punctuality with our entire situation. Bill broke down all of the steps that needed to be done to do the job the right way, even if it was going to be a few days to a week to eliminate all of the mold that was growing in our basement. Bill worked around our availability and was extremely accommodating. He and his team were very meticulous through each and every step of the project. With Bill's 30+ years of experience in the property recovery industry, as well as the contracting business, we also decided to go with him to rebuild our basement once the mold remediation was complete and he was very reasonable. Bill and his team did an exceptional job in putting up new dry-wall and studs to replace the damaged walls, making sure our basement was even better than before. We feel extremely lucky to have met someone that we can trust. Bill was extremely friendly and respectful of our time and of all the questions we had. We are proud of the work he has done for us and we would absolutely recommend him to others that are looking for the same services we had Bill and All Dry Now, Inc. perform for us.

William Birx from All Dry Inc Company was very good. It was an expensive work and took longer than what he had estimated. However, he didn't charge me that much. He was a nice person. He was reliable and friendly. I would use his services again in the future.
