The project involved replacing rotted out floor joists and siding of a neglected vintage (1900) cottage. Also replacing portions of the roof and installing support posts for roof extension. Patrick is an exceptionally skilled craftsman comparable to the contractors of the TV series “This Old House.” From planning to choosing materials to hand-shaping the wood to fitting it all together, his work is impeccable, of the highest quality, I have to say “inspired.” He has our gratitude and our highest recommendation. Hired Patrick for a number of projects - drywall install, replace roof on shed and a budget-friendly bathroom remodel. He is a hard working, experienced, skilled craftsman - a really nice guy who is a pleasure to work with. He will take the time to thoroughly assess the project and share his knowledge. He is my first call on any home improvement job.

Among other projects, Patrick built a brand new Azek deck replacing the existing badly worn pressure-treated wood deck. The end result was stunning, Patrick was a dream to work with and really followed our instructions to the letter. In this day and age of lackluster craftsman, Patrick is a shining jewel and you will be ecstatic to have him do any type of work for you as it relates to home repairs/remodeling/additons!
