well never indicated that flashing was needed ,when leaked and we called said our warranty was up but rechecked and was not 2 years ,guy dropped by slapped some tar on (15 minutes) and was gone.We recently had our house roof and garage roof done with a professional organization (colonial roofing) and the girl that gave the estimate concurred that 5k was way in excess for the job that vandermark had done and by not mentioning the flashing to us was a major no no for a professional roofer
