paid $741.00 for materials. Work was never completed . Materials were not returned. Have been trying to get a refund since June 2022. Ms. Sweeney replies by text stating that a refund is on the way. No refund as of 8/20/22. Angi gave me a refund. Exploring other avenues to get my money back.
