Michael Zimsky agreed to come to talk about it. We made a concrete plan. He postponed and we rescheduled and he cancelled the night before. But he would send a check to refund the $600 deposit. He did not receive a check and contacted him again. He said he mailed it and it didn't arrive. We confirm the address, and he said he would mail it again. Still no check. Then he said he would bring it over. He did not, and became uncommunicative. He does not respond to our calls or emails or texts. He said he was injured, so he said if he couldn't get back the whole thing right now, we would accept payments. We did not hear from him about that. Today, no payment.

I am sorry to have to post this review because Mike was terrific= he was knowledgeable, quick and professional in installing a new irrigation system for us. He even fixed a problem in the frost-free spigot that was plaguing us for two years! The problem is that when he was done, he gave me a 10 minute tutorial on how to work the system and said "don;'t hesitate to call me if you have any problems". After he left, I discovered that he hadn't finished the job- there was one bed still left without pipes. I also wasn't that clear about how to set the system. However, since he left that day there has been radio silence. I hope that nothing bad has happened to him because he doesnt seem like that kind of guy to do this, but now I have a system that is incomplete and I'm not sure how to use!

Mr. Dempsey was pleasant, professional and personable. His work was done quickly and with no fuss. He followed my requests, was neat and organized, and the end result was exactly what was expected.

Mike does fabulous work in a very time efficient, cost effective manor. Mike was super accommodating and everything came out way better than I had even imagined in my head! definitely recommend! 10/10
