After a struggle with other contractors not even able to return several calls, I found Geddy. I had what I thought was a simple project of installing some drainage for my swampy back yard, but the abundance of experience and knowledge that was delivered to be was definitely not a sales trap. And I called him out on it!! He had plenty of photos of past work that proved my limited knowledge wrong!! (Do not tell my wife I was wrong again, I will really never hear the end of it) Geddy was able to rework my ideas so that it made the most sense and was budget conscious throughout the process. After this past winter with the lack of sun and snow melt, my back yard is starting to look like a golf course!! My advice is to stop debating and meet Geddy to see for yourself!

I hired Ky-Dax underground to level my lawn and make a pad to store my camper when not in use. Geddy and his crew did a fantastic job, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I hired Ky dax to grade my entire lawn area over that was so uneven it made it hard to mow. They did such a great job leveling the ground , it hard to believe it was the same yard! They even did my snowplowing this winter. Again would recommend to anyone! Great prices and great people!
