1st Class Professional Painting

Did a great job, great to work with. Picked up additional small projects along the way, including removal of half wall, gates, patching walls, cutting out and replacing sheetrock. This was a 3500 sf rental, wanted it done quickly - he worked 6 or 7 days a week to get it done quickly and neatly. Got him on speed dial for next time.

Very easy and agreeable

This is the second time that Emil completed work for me. Can't say enough about how great his work is. He comes on time, takes the care to do the job right and doesn't rush the job. He cleans up and the finished product looks wonderful. He is an experienced painter and takes pride in his work and it shows. Emil is is well worth hiring.

Emil is an experienced painter who was on time, gave reasonable quotes, and made sure the job was done right.

I had 6 rooms painted. Emil came in higher than other estimates, however, he sold me on his compassion to do what is right in completing a job. He seemed particular and stated he would pay close attention to detail. I was specific in needing some repair work on the corner of two walls which Emil agreed to repair with some spackle. He painted without spackling over these spots. There are long drip marks of paint on walls in different rooms. I have paint drips and splatters on the floor, on the toilets, and both tubs and shower. I had to replace the sink drain because it was clogged with paint and had to replace the rings inside of the bathroom lights because they could not be found in order to put the glass light fixtures back. In addition, at the end of many workdays, the master bathroom toilet was not flushed nor the toilet seat put back down. I waited so long to put in my review because I had sent a message to Emil hoping he would respond and he had not. We were away and had this done while away, however, my adult daughter had overseen the project and had Emil come back for clean up prior to us returning.

My kitchen looks great and I am very happy with the job Emil did! He is extremely reliable and took the extra steps to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Emil and hope to have him come back and do other projects!

Experience painter. Who takes pride in his work. Corrected bad work done by a previous painter I hired which did a terrible job Emil came in explained what that painter did wrong and corrected it. I recommend Emil to anyone who wants a true professional he is the best.

If I could have given Emil a 10 star rating I would have. Emil redid my thirty year old deck and it looks great. He is very organized, detailed and almost a perfectionist in his work methods. He didn't take any shortcuts and did the job right. I would hire him again and would highly recommend him. He's a great guy.

Emil did a fantastic job on my decks and house foundation. He's one of the hardest workers I have ever came across... he worked in 90+ degree heat without shade for days without a single complaint. When I purchased my home a few years ago, the previous owner painted my two decks and the home's foundation a country blue color. The rear deck's paint started to fade and peel after 2 years, so in my 4th year I decided to have someone strip the decks of all of the blue paint and stain the surfaces with semi-transparent stain. At the same time, I needed the foundation's blue color to also be removed, so I went with a brown paint for the foundation and front-facing boards on the decks that went well with the walnut-colored stain and the beige-colored vinyl siding. First, Emil powerwashed the decks and the vinyl railings so everything was clean and free of mildew. He sanded both decks, including in between the boards as much as possible where the blue paint was visible. This was grueling work but Emil treated the job like it was his own house. Once all of the blue paint was gone, he stained the deck surfaces and painted all of the remaining wood and foundation. It looks so much better! My neighbors have all complimented the work, too. I would definitely recommend Emil to anyone looking for a great painter.

Very professional

Emil and his crew were true professionals. We were a little indecisive about paint colors and he was very patient and helpful to us in choosing a color scheme. They even walked our dogs! As for the paint job, we are completely satisfied. They were very thorough and the final result looks fantastic. We plan on hiring him again after we finish our basement.

Emil is a very nice, hard-working, reliable individual. He gave us good value for the money. The job Emil did of patching and repainting the living room ceiling was outstanding.
