James was great. He let me know when he was on his way over, wore a mask, shoe covers and gloves throughout his stay in my house. He helped program the smart thermostat, stayed until I understood how it works and cleaned up after himself.

Worried about hiring someone because of cost, and COVID-19 lock down I figured going on to Angie's List and Home Adviser might be the only way I could requested enough quality quotes to repair for my air conditioner. Aerodrop was the only company that responded immediately to schedule an appointment. James communicated via text messages of his arrival time, which was so nice. He assessed the issue, explained everything to me. gave me options for the repair, prices and time frame for the entire repair. The quote was so reasonable. Even when the repair hit some snags, James handled it with ease. James definitely went above and beyond. James waived one of the fees for me which was totally unexpected and appreciated. After the repair was completed, he gave me additional advise and tips to keep my AC in good working order. James even text messaged me a couple days later to check up and make sure everything was still good with the repair and if I had any questions. If you are looking for a company that is honest, prompt, dedicated to excellent customer service, respectful, and has great prices then look no further. James was awesome, polite and very knowledgeable. I hired him originally to clean my combo heat a/c unit. At the last minute I asked if he could also service the a/c unit for the other part of my house. He fit me in and waived his trip charge because of the extra work. He then researched if it was worth adding a refrigerant filter on my second ac unit, as one had not been installed. He mentioned that if it s too old (the unit) it would not be worth it. Instead of just recommending it and making money he actually took a day or two and got back to me with facts. I will only to business with James and Aerodrop from now on.
