Although extremely corroded, Bill did a quick and efficient job at swapping out the hoses. Great communication and arrived on schedule.

I had the opportunity to meet the owner  Mr. William Offerman. He arrived at the exact time of  the appointment. He was  very courtesy  and professional. I will recommend  his company  to others.

Bill gave me a flat rate price and stuck to it. He gave me a date and time and kept to it.
Bill showed up with his helper on time and ready to go. Bill was professional and and his 40 plus years as a plumber was quite evident. I would definitely use him again should the occasion rise needing a plumber. What was important to me was that although he is a plumber there was also carpenter work required which he handled with ease. I had several months ago another plumber who would do the work but he had to get his carpenter and would give me a call. This call never happened and just as well as I was looking for some one who could do the total job.

I called him about 8:00 AM he explained that he was busy in the morning but would arrive at 12: He arrived on time surveyed problem and provided an estimate. He removed my broken sink, snaked the drain and capped off all the open lines therefore eliminating my emergency. He explained that he would need to get another sink and return at a later date. He returned when agreed upon installed the new sink, reconnected the washer and completed a few other minor repairs. He was extremely professional. I would definitely use this company again.

We purchased a new home and we contacted him because we had a leak in the garage. He quickly came in the next day to see where the leak was and found it right away. The pipe in our master shower was cracked. He gave us two options...the cheap quick fix (patch up job) and the best option which would get us lasting results not something we would need redone every 6 months to a year. We chose to replace the cracked pipe. He answered all our new homeowner questions about our heating system and other small questions along the way. We really liked that even thought we asked what were probably silly questions he didn't suggest any unnecessary work. He told us how to maintain everything in order for it to last.
The day he came back to replace the pipe He showed up earlier than the agreed time, which we appreciated since we wanted the service to be done earlier in the day but he didn't have the slot available. He started working right away and was done in about 30-45 min.
We found the price very reasonable for the work performed.

Work was done when promised, completed in a timely manner and at the quoted price. Very professional.

He was prompt in response after an initial call. He is courteous and he lays out the prices before he does any work and there was never any increase afterwards. He tries to do what he can to repair the problem without trying to convince me that I needed anything else done. He is very clean and picks up everything. It is hard to say how often we use the plumbers. The price wasn't outrageous.
