The fan on our radon reduction system failed after a number of years. Called Chris at Radon Zapper and he couldn't be better to deal with. He spent some time on the phone with me getting to know the issue and type of system we had. He repaired our system for the quoted price. Great honest professional who we will certainly use in the future. Thanks.

Chris performed a radon test and radon mitigation which brought the radon level down to 0.2. Chris is the owner and installer and he gave me a date 2 days away since I wanted this done immediately and he had a cancellation. He was considerate, courteous and quite knowledgeable about radon and how high exposure for an extended period can cause physical Illnesses. Price was $150. for the test and $1,500. for the installation of the mitigation system.
Description of Work: I had a high radon level of 9 and Chris’ test proved the true level was 11.4.

Installation was done neatly and quickly (half day). The system brought the basement radon level down from 12+ pCi/L to 0.9, which is well below the EPA suggested limit.

He is very knowledgeable and honest. He is very hard working. I had another quote and he said that there are already things that were done in my house that would make it cheaper so he did a great job and he actually utilized some of the things that were embedded in my concrete. He save me money.
