They appraised my house at $12,000.00 then 2 Real estate agents that came to my house. Use comps from a year ago, did not use most recent comps. Used wrong dates of sales on my appraisal. Left out important information about my house. For instance said I don't have a patio when not only do I but it is on my tax information. Then the appraisal clearly states that they try to find the LOWEST amount you house is worth. That is not a fair and accurate appraisal. DO NOT USE THEM
