Within a week he got the kit and we set a date for the next day. Two very nice and professional men came the next day on time to put in the transfer kit. They worked for about 4 hours and did a great job. Before they were done, they even helped to open the box that contained my new generator, put on the wheels, pour in the  gas that was needed and hooked it all up while I watched, making sure I knew how to do it on my own when power goes out! THAT really impressed me. There are not a lot of companies that will take the  time to set something up that you did not buy from them. But they went through every detail and showed me how to turn on the generator, plug it in and then turn off the main power to the house while turning on my new interlock kit. Before they left they asked if I had ANY questions that I was confused about and made sure those questions were answered. Giving me their business card they said I could call anytime if I had more questions to ask or any other problems.
Again, I was very impressed by their good manners and great working ethic. I would hire them again in a New York minute!
