Very misled by this contractor, we spent $$$ on a project that pretty much needs to be redone. We used a Porcelain paver by MSI. Poly sand was used to grout the joints, which never had a chance to set up(cure) do to the fact that the concrete slab underneath, 1 has no drainage, 2 pitched towards our house foundation( a french drain should have been used), 3 a lot of loose pavers... some which were pulled up and were never bonded to the slab below...others are lose because the water has nowhere to go. We have had 3 other contractors come to look at our issues and all 3 brought it to our attention that the retaining wall that was installed was done improperly and could fail in the near future.....the 100' plus retaining wall was done with no drains or weeping holes. The patio issues were brought to the contractors attention upon completion of the job and we were told " I'm not going anywhere, and we will revisit the problem in the spring". Well spring came and so did summer ....no help or guidance was given, said contractor walked away. We would not recommend United Landscape Associates to anyone. This is a company that refuses to stand their word or by work that was done wrong from day one. Stay away from this company....took our money and ran.

The service provided by Steven was top quality. They were very responsive and got the work done in the time that was allotted.

The job went perfect. Steven came out for an estimate and the price was very fair. They started the job the next week. They were prompt and Steven was very accessible throughout the entire process. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The end result was beautiful. The job came out better then we even imagined it would. Thanks to United, We now have a beautiful pool area ready to enjoy for the summer

We hired them to finish the grading and sprinkler repair after the job was done and that prove was very fair as well. Job was done quickly again and came out perfect.

The job went very well. Steve called within hours of my first phone call, and honestly told us that they wouldn't be able to do the job for 3 weeks because of jobs already scheduled. 3 weeks later they started on time, and worked for the next 3 days to create a wonderful outdoor area for us.

crew is efficient and punctual. takes 10 min to do my large lawn so I don't have to listen to loud mowers for very long. also flexible and fair priced- same price for weekly and bimonthly cuts. office staff are pleasant, helpful and eager to please.

From start to finish, this project was a delight. Steve and his crew were so professional and just a pleasure to deal with. I looked forward to coming home from work each day to see what they had been created. The end result was more beautiful than I had ever expected. Steven and his brother added little touches that I had never thought of. They take pride in their work and want to make sure their clients are totally pleased. That positive work ethic is something you don't often see today. Everyone who sees my backyard, including workmen and contractors, have commented on how beautiful it looks. United Landscaping is one of the few companies that I can recommend without hesitation.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job. Not only was the work performed of a high quality; the crew was always on time and polite. Steve was very responsive to questions that we had before and during the job. He also provided us with an idea to cut the lip of our fiberglass pool stairs (that used to sit on top of the pavers) so that the coping would be flush with the pool. It really enhanced the look of the patio. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking to install pavers, particularly a patio around a pool.

Great experience, very easy to deal with. The project was completed at the price that was agreed upon and in the time frame that was said. We would definitely recommend them and use them for future projects. Our pavers look amazing:)

I have been using them for about three years and I love them! I am so happy that when they finished, I felt like I was on one of the TV shows that completed a makeover. Steve, the owner, typically designs everything and his brother also works on the jobs. He is just wonderful and he completes any requests with no problems. They are so reliable, nice, accommodating, and they do incredible work. Everything they do, they do exceedingly well. If there is anything you are not happy with, they will come back and make adjustments. I have recommended them to several of my friends and anyone else.
