Exterior Lighting Service, Home Automation Service + 7 more
As far as electrical wiring goes, he cut too many wiring run holes in ceilings and walls for both new light fixtures that had integrated fans. The truly reprehensible part is that he was supposed to duct both fans through attic to the soffits that ran the length of the house under the eaves of roof. There he claimed he was going to vent air though louvered vents that were already there. It would have been a short run of vent pipe in both cases. Only several years later, a contractor doing other work in attic informed me that neither fan had been ducted at all. Even worse, he replaced the insulation over the top of the fan discharge outlets. So every time my family turned on the bath fans to vent steam, it was released between layers of now moldy insulation.
