The job went very well from start to finish. Dominick and his crew are very professional, and patient - as we asked a lot of questions. They did the job over 3 days as it was a complicated roof, and required some remediation as well. All in all a very good job!

Dominic and his crew were great!  They arrived exactly when scheduled, were extremely neat and clean and were very professional.  I plan on using them again to side my house.   

Dominic was great to work with. They had one good day weather wise and they got the main part work done in 1 day. I did not have to pay anything up front. They cleaned up well after themselves and we have had no problems with the roof. They were very accommodating.

I was very pleased with this company.  The owner, Dominick, and his men (two of them came and did the work on the roof) were professional.  They cleaned up.  The owner did what he said he would do.  I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

There was squirrel damage to approx. 10 feet of roof edge; sheathing gnawed, tarpaper  and some shingle halves missing.
     On Top of It came when promised, replaced tarpaper, installed drip edge to stop more damage, installed matching shingles, and
did a couple of minor repairs while on the roof.
     Their work was clean and neat, and went beyond what I expected.

I found Dominic Pagnozzi to be very professional, knowledgeable, and honest.  He was punctual for both the estimate and the actual service.  I could not be happier with his work.  It may sound crazy but the copper chimney flashing really looks like a piece of art, nothing I have seen before comes close.  He takes great pride in his work and it really shows.  I would highly recommend him for roofing and repair.

There was a lot of damage done by the raccoon, but everything was repaired beautifully. The repairman arrived early and the job was completed in a couple of hours.

They arrived used,used excellent materials,did the job ,cleaned up ,and left.

The owner, Dominick, answered the phone himself.  He came the next business day to evaluate and start the repairs.  He called the night before to confirm the appointment and then called that day to let us know he was on his way.He was courteous and professional and I couldn't be happier with his work.I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for roofing and repair.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a small contractor, and I've owned 8 different houses over the course of my life. When I called the business number on the weekend before Christmas to set up an appointment for Monday, the owner of On Top of It (Dominick) answered the phone and came personally to the house within a couple hours later the same day. He inspected the roof and found no major issues but 1-2 missing nails. He replaced these and said this should fix it. He would not take any money but asked that I send him $100 if it fixed the problem. It's been 4 months now through a hard winter, and I've not had any issues. The kind of customer service and integrity he showed is very hard to find in this day and age. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any roofing/siding related issues.

Performed thorough prep and cleanup so there was essentially no trace of the demolition work done. For example all bushes were covered with tarps and had no damage, all shingles, nails and tarpaper were picked up and disposed of in dumpster they supplied. Completed all work in 1 work day. Very professionally done.

Excellent from start to finish. Gave a very detailed quote and answered all of our questions and conerns. Great communication through out the whole process. Treated the project as if he was doing his own house. Big on detail and made sure all of the small things were done (no short cuts). Great price for what was done and would highly recommend. I wish all contractors were this professional.

Actually, Dominic from ON TOP OF IT came back twice to investigate this leak. First time he got up on the roof, checked the whole thing out, and said the leak was coming from an incorrectly installed windowsill. We tried fixing the sill ourselves, but the leak persisted. Called Dominic back again (still thinking it was the roof). This time he fixed the windowsill himself, charging us only for the materials. The leak was finally fixed! I would certainly hire him again.

Dominic was courteous and professional from the start. He came to my house and took the time to explain options for repairs and the costs of each option. When I told him I was planning to try to sell my house, he offered suggestions for additonal improvements, many of which I could do myself, that would add to my home's curb appeal. I showed him one side of the house where the siding was bulging and he said he would open it up while he was there and see what was needed. His crew repaired the problem, and when there was one piece of siding I was unhappy with, he came back and replaced it using some extra siding I had. He was also very understanding when, due to some unexpected expenses I incurred at the same time, I asked him if I could take some time to pay him. Dominic didn't even call me back for payment until two weeks later after I had received another paycheck.

When he came over to give the estimate, he actually spent some time with me. He explained a lot about the roof and he seemed to be very knowledgeable. They were a little more expensive than other companies, but the quality of the work was good. He was also very nice, so we decided to use them.

THEY REALLY DID A GREAT JOB, AS A MATTER OF FACT I'M GOING TO HIRE THEM TO DO OUR ROOF IN THE SUMMER. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY HIGH QUALITY AND THEY WERE DEPENDABLE.
