RAY CRAMER SIDING AND WINDOWS

Great job?

It all went very well from the beginning. Charlie, the salesman, was a delight to work with, very responsive to our questions and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want.  
Today was install day and Mr. Cramer was here when he said he would be. His crew was very polite, they cleaned up after the work was done, explained how the windows work and were gone by early afternoon. The windows all work very nicely, were very clean and look really nice. Our little community has about 150 units and, from the outside, we have the neatest looking windows here......well, us and our next-door neighbors who had Mr. Cramer do their windows earlier this summer.
A really good company, with old-fashioned values and work ethic - would hire them again in a NY minute to do anything they say they can do. Highest recommendation!!!

Ray is a very personable and friendly guy and he is very knowledgeable for the work he does. He and his crew arrived promptly when they said and worked almost non-stop to get my entire downstairs filled with new windows in about three days. He showed us how the windows worked, he gave us pointers to maintain the windows and he even repaired one of the interior sills that he though wasn't installed correctly. He did such a great job that we had him measure the 6 windows upstairs for replacement next month. Very happy with the outcome

Excellent!!! Not only does Ray know how to install replacement windows he's very knowledgeable about construction which
was significant since we added 3 new windows to our home which required cutting 3 new holes for these windows. This required removing siding, cutting into the walls to ensure there were no plumbing or electrical lines that he would need to move around.
The final installation went very smoothly and he and his assistant cleaned up all around the places they worked in. We provided beverages for them and they were very appreciative as the summer humidity set in and they worked extremely hard!!!
I most definitely will call upon Ray again for our home needs. I've worked with a variety of Contractors both in IL and NY and he is by far at the top of the list all the way around!

Ray had replaced windows for me before and I was very pleased with is work. His salesman, Charlie, came and measured. He was always prompt and courteous. Ray special ordered large picture windows for me with Prairie grids. They look beautiful. Ray will now be replacing skylights for me. He is someone you can rely on.

As I mentioned, I would use Ray again and I am very happy with the job. What a pleasure to have a service performed in such a professional way.

He's very punctual; if he wasn't going to be here he would call. They're very trustworthy; we felt we didn't need to be in the house with them at all. They mitered the tile on the edges, which is really hard to do.

I am very happy with their work and I was happy with the quote that they gave me. I like how I was treated by each person in the company. The bay window itself was half of the cost of the widows because it is so big. They had no problems with any of the work that they did and they cleaned up everything nicely. The price was not the lowest but it was very reasonable.

IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WISHING TO HAVE THEIR WINDOWS REPLACED. I THOUGHT THE QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK IN GETTING THE JOB DONE. I THINK THE PRICE WAS A GREAT DEAL. OTHER ESTIMATES CAME IN 2-4 THOUSAND DOLLARS HIGHER.
