The manager arrived promptly at the arranged time to discuss the project and returned within 3 days to provide an estimate of cost for the work. The estimate was very fair. The workmen arrived on the day and time agreed upon and the manager introduced them to me. The work was completed in 3 days. All of the work was comprehensive and very well done. Upon completion I was invited to review all the work with the manager. They left the work area spotless. The managers and workmen were pleasant and thoughtful* in all our interactions. *They were very careful to keep the dog pen gate closed even though they had to enter and exit often. I am very pleased with the work and our interactions. I can enthusiastically recommend Hi-Tech Roofing.
Description of Work: Roof shingles of an addition were removed and replaced. Damaged cedar shingles on the exterior walls were replaced and repainted. The sofit and facia were repaired or replaced, scraped and painted.
