Job was completed within a week of getting a quote. Tim and Alex were very professional and punctual. We are thrilled with the job done as are our dogs! Thank you Fencemasters for a job well done!

I would not recommend them. He moved the fence post directly in front of my dryer vent. I paid him upfront to do the service and we talked about what we wanted done and then when I came home, it was in front of the dryer vent. When I called him, he didn't get back in touch with me. When he got back in touch with me, he had already cashed the check and he said, "Sorry, I can't do anything about that. I can move it, but you would have to charge me a second time." So, for me, I think that either he wasn't there when the work was being done or his people were incompetent. The price that he gave us, if he did a proper job, was an 'A,' but the end product was an 'F' He was on time. He got back to me after he did a bad job, so at least he was responsive.

It didn't because he NEVER returned my last message nor fixed my fence!

The main issue is that he did not repair the gate and fence he installed, and does not have any intention of doing so.  We are quite sorry we hired him to begin with.

They were very professional and did such an excellent job that they are doing my daughter's fence next week.  I could not recommend them any more highly.  They removed the chain link fence that had been on the property and installed a much longer six-foot cedar fence around the perimeter of the newly surveyed property.  They did a great job under very difficult circumstances, but never slowed down.  They have a lot of experience and know what they're doing.  The fence looks great.

I contacted Tim on a Thursday.  He returned my call promptly and by Saturday had prepared a written estimate on the work I needed done. Tim installed the new double gates and made the repairs I needed all within a week of my initial call.  Tim was very professional and courteous.  I would definitely recommend Fencemasters.

When we chose Tim over 2 other companies who offered us estimates, he and his crew arrived on time, and got to work. They took 2 days to complete the project, as promised, and the work was clean and exactly as we requested. There was no residue left behind and the fencing was exactly as we wanted. His work is excellent, and Fencemasters is a company we will call upon again to do any of our fencing needs in the future. This company and Tim Lagace provide a good service with a great work ethic,

Tim came with three crew members. They are prompt, efficient, kind and a pleasure to have doing work for you. I would recommend Tim and Fencemasters for any new fence installation, as well as existing fence repair and service. I also recommend Tim highly for repairing any outdoor woodwork.

Called tim for an estimate.He returned my call within an hour ,and that night came over and gave me an estimate.Within 2 weeks he came and did the job with 3 workman.Great job.Very happy with the service and the job that he did.Would use him again!

Tim came with two men and performed the replacement/repairs in half a day. He was responsive to my inquiry, came to look over the job and provide the quote when he said he would, worked with me to define the repair job, and scheduled the job promptly when the parts arrived. The work involved completely digging out and replacing two cemented posts, building the fence sections, and replacing three sections. The men worked hard and were friendly and professional. The work was excellent and the repaired fence looks great. Tim even serviced all four of my gates - realignment, spring tension adjustment, greasing. I found Fencemasters after contacting four other fence companies. Most fence installers will not repair a fence that is already in place unless they installed it. Another provider was interested until he saw that the fence was custom and as such, the materials were not available locally. I am very pleased to have had the pleasure of Fencemaster's service and would call them immediately the next time I need repair on my fence, or a new installation.

Tim Lagace the owner, was very professional, he said the job would be done on Friday. Friday they showed up worked all day. When the job was completed every thing was explained as to the workings of the gate, locks and automatic closing, etc. Tim is a regular down to earth nice guy. Honest people, great price, hard working.
