Saved me from a big mistake purchase

Greg was very personable and very thorough in his home inspection. He gave good advice on home maintenance, showed us how things worked and answered all of our questions in a way we could understand. He emailed us a report immediately upon completion of the inspection. I would recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again.

All went very well. Showed us areas that needed to be improved along with areas that could become potential problems.Extremely knowledgeable.

Very thorough- also provided checklist of maintenance items that we should address over the the next few years. Very helpful suggestions. Let us know about house without over alarming us. Would recommend Greg if you want an honest inspector who is reliable and  meticulous in looking at the house and systems.

Our realtor recommended using this person for our home inspection. We ended up using him for two houses, one we bought the other we didn't. The inspection went fine, he was very informative and responsive to any questions that were asked. The issue became after we bought our house. A few months after we moved in we had a huge rain storm and being that we just bought the house i checked the basement to see if any water leaked in. The house is only 10 years old so i didn't expect anything. Come to my suprise i went into the basement and found water leaking in from under our mud room door. After reviewing it for a few minutes i came to realize that the sill plates under our door were completely rotten and has been leaking for awhile. The sill plates were rotten and it was clear someone tried to repair it but only made it worse. That week i email Greg to see if he can come review since it should have been caught by the inspection. Several emails and messages later i finally received a call back. He came over that week to review and after reviewing it he schedule a date for his contractor to come by and give an estimate. The contractor came by with Greg and emailed a quote a few weeks later. Since then, about two years later, i have emailed numerous times, left numerous messages at this business and have yet to receive an response. Contact BBB but he didn't respond to them either. its been almost two years with no contact. His inspection is not worth the cost and obviously he doesn't care to resolve anything that he should have caught.

Gree saucier was very professional and though.He printed his report on site which included not only his observation but maintenance recommendations as well.

The price I got over the phone was more than it ended up being, which was good. His report was very efficient and helpful. The gentleman was very professional and personable, and I was pleased with his work.

Terrific. Greg is very knowledgeable and shares his knowledge with you. He found two major problems in the house I was looking at, a bad foundation and a wiring problem. Greg gives you tips about small repairs that could be done and advice on routine maintenance. He's very comfortable having you accompany him throughout the inspection and shows and explains what he notices. He generated a report on the premises and returned several phone calls from me, after the inspection was done. He returned to the premises days later to inspect repair work that had been done by the seller. If I could give Greg a rating higher than A, I would!

This was one of the best investments I have ever made. My call was promptly returned and scheduling was quick. Greg was very thorough and personable, explaining the process from start to finish and teaching me things about my home such as how things turn on and off, where things were located, maintenance tips, and areas I could improve on easily. He found two rather large items at issue with my potential purchase: the need for a new roof, and a recalled electrical breaker box. With Greg's report and the help of my Real Estate Agent, I purchased this house, but got money back from the seller to replace the roof, as well as a brand new breaker box. Greg takes the time to educate and explain and is very receptive to questions. I learned a lot about what I was getting into from talking to him. I feel much better equipped to take care of this home with his input. His report was generated right on the premises, a neat binder specific to my home's needs. I recommend Greg HIGHLY!!!!!
