Bathtub Restoration
Services were rendered and within weeks, there were serious leaks. Repeated calls were acknowledged, but then excuses started popping up and nothing was ever done.Serious leaks cause damage to downstairs ceiling and I had to have another plumber come in to repair their faulty work.They never contacted me after repeated promises to rectify the situation.

I was well pleased with the original contract and their performance of it, but now I am outraged, and short $600 I likely will never see.

The workers did not do much for the first week - started around 9ish and finished at 3ish. We were told they would be working a full day since they don't work on Fridays, but this was not the case. This continued the entire time and it was a very small bathroom that should not have taken this long to complete. The tile work in the shower and on the vanity was horrendous. There were multiple cracks in the grout so the workmanship was extremely poor. We were told by the president, Mike O'Neill that he would fix the grout, the faucet (which did not fit so the workers bent it to fit in anyway), and the noise that the shower made, but to no avail. Overall, it was a horrible experience.
