good notes, and picks good materials. Unfortunately that's where her skills stop. During her management of our $40,000 kitchen and bath project, Selma interacted very poorly with the contractors she selected, resulting in a number of delays and problems. We waited on materials for weeks or months that Selma had ordered incorrectly or used at the wrong stage of the contract. We never had a clear understanding of where our money was, or when our project would be done. We signed a contract with an estimated finish date of July 20th, 2018. Now, in early-November 2018, we're still waiting on the project to be completed. We fired Selma last weekend due to her complete inability to keep a project on time or produce quality outputs. Selma is very reliable at one aspect of her job, however - she can consistently be relied upon to ask for more money. I will absolutely not recommend Selma to anyone for actual project work. If you simply need a design, give her a try. If you actually need someone to build anything, hire someone else.
