Made the problem worse, Cost us an additional 12,000 to have it fixed after he left. Took no responsibility for it. Disappeared with an attitude. We were trying to avoid water getting into the basement, which hadn't happened prior to him coming (we were also try if to have the water the one back yard drain rather than stand). As a RESULT of his work, we ended up with water in the basement. His response to the water in the basement was to have us tap our sump line into the sewer (illegal) and to build more retaining walls (which, we had done prior, as part of his work and the retaining walls are causing most of the issue).. Also known as SDC Sears and Stephen Sears.
