We could not have asked for better service or better installation. He was so pleasant to work with and his suggestions always made the finished project so much nicer. He suggested where to put the thermostat for the radiant heat under the tiled floor in a place that we did not think about and it was the perfect spot. He also suggested darkening some of the tile trim to better bring out the muted colors and it made the finished bathroom look so much nicer. He definitely knows what he is doing and we consider him a real gem. Most importantly, he and his crew were efficient, clean, polite, competent, reliable and prompt. He is also honest about when he is able to do the job and how long it will take to complete it. When he left for the last time, all we had to do was hang up the towels. We recommended him to our neighbors and they had him do their kitchen. Call him early as you plan your project because his reputation is spreading, making him a busy person but worth the wait.
