She did everything and more without having to explain or show her how.

She clean the entire house from top to bottom. She is very thorough , vacuumed cushions of all furntiure. All floors washed on her hands and knees, picture frames tops and bottoms, tops of all doors baseboards washed. Kitchen counters stove sink cupboards all washed. All trash emptied and put outside.
Mirrors showers tub floors vacuumed and washed. Tiolets all cleaned inside and outside.
I have had other people in the past to clean but never had anyone do what she does or enjoy her job like her work shows.
Called some of her references and they couldnt say enough about her honesty or her work ethics.
Reliable is the best word to describe her
She is a very hard worker and loves what she does.She is a pleasure to have in your home.

I recently had Diane clean my house two times and I am pleased to say she did a wonderful and thorough job! Being a working mother of two young children, it was such a relief to find someone who was reliable and trusting. Diane can be reached very easily via phone or text and showed up on time the day she was scheduled to clean. I look forward to having Diane clean my house on a scheduled basis.

Diane has cleaned for us three times so far and has always arrived on time and made our house look great. She is very easy to reach ( via phone or text) and was flexible to accommodate our schedule when a conflict occurred for us. She sometimes brings someone to help and they have the whole house done in 3-4 hrs. She washes all the floors by hand, dusts all surfaces and picture frames, vacuums furniture, wipes down cabinet exteriors and top of fridge, cleans lighting fixtures, wipes down all baseboards, , in addition to much more. She even pulled out fridge last week to clean underneath. We do get everything off the floor and pick up and put away before she comes so that she can take care of the cleaning. No laundry or dishes or beds but that was fine with us. She has a short list of a few cleaning items for you to provide but then she brings the rest. She brings her own vacuum. We will continue to have her clean for us.

Diane is wonderful to work with, very good personality, and does an awesome job cleaning. She gets on her hands and knees to clean the floors and really gets all the woodwork and top shelves etc.

Two weeks ago I called and left a message and have had no response.

Diane is great - was able to give a quote quickly and started within a week. Very friendly and upbeat. Such a relief to have her services to support us.

Diane and her husband work together. They "hit the ground running". Both were working within 5 minutes of their arrival. Overall, they did the best job of cleaning our house ever (we have used others). They did the floors (hardwood and grout/tile) on their hands and knees. In 2-3 hours, the house sparkled and smelled great. They asked if we wanted special attention to anything and we directed them to the coat room which was quite dirty. Each time here they worked on something special that we wanted really cleaned. They talk to you as they work, but it never stopped the work. They even changed some ceiling light bulbs for us. We give them the highest rating which they truly deserve. Our house looks like new when they finish. They are fun to work with and will keep using them in the future.

Diane will talk to you but she never stops working. I noticed that because others would stop to "chat" if you entered the room.

When I first spoke to her, she said she would call back the next day to set up a time to come see my house for an estimate (she said she didn't have her calendar with her when we first spoke). I didn't hear back from her for four days. She said she misplaced my phone number. Then she called two days in a row to come over right then, which wasn't convenient to me. We set up a time in advance for her to come yesterday and she did not show, nor did she call to say she couldn't make it. This person is not reliable.

Diane does a good job cleaning my home. It's very comforting to know that she'll be in every other week and do the job right. I completely trust her, so I don't feel I need to be home when she cleans.
