Charlie has long-standing experience and expertise. He and the crew provided helpful recommendations on paint choices, kept us informed throughout the project, and their attention to detail was better than ours! We look forward to having them back for inside work this fall or winter!

Was responsive to providing estimate. Reputation and good Angie's ratings for quality work. Price was fifty percent higher than two alternative estimates. Better quality implied by cost estimate judged to exceed need and so not as good a value as alternative estimates.

It came out so good that we now use the garage as a sort of "lodge" in the winter months, having installed a wood stove. It still looks amazing!

If everyone was like Charlie Streb and Daughters and his crew, Angie's list would be out of business. The painting was done with great care, efficiently, and everyone was so pleasant that I missed them when they left. They painted some posts that were not on our estimate; they showed up at 8:00 AM every morning, worked till 5:00. I trusted them to go in and out of the house. Felt we were lucky to find them and I think I found them through Angie's list. This is a crew that takes pride in its work and additionally, they are the kind of people you like to know.

Charlie and daughter Erin are an amazing team. I called them on a recommendation from a neighbor, and could not have been more pleased. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional and had incredible attention to detail. Not only did they do a wonderful job with the contracted work, but the little "touches" (cleaning a second story window, dusting light fixtures, touching up a fireplace mantle) were very much appreciated. What started out as one painting job( Fixing some water damage and painting kitchen ceiling) quickly turned into more when I saw the quality of their work and realized the house would look so much better if I left the work to these professionals rather than try to do it myself! Erin even helped me pick out the perfect colors for the living room walls and trim to match the rest of the house. I will definitely call them again for any interior/exterior painting or staining, etc.

My house looks wonderful. They did extra touches like the grates for the cellar windows and the hardware for the back gate. They cleaned the windows when they were done. The total was just that. There were no hidden charges. It included all materials and labor. I am very satisfied with the work. I am planning on calling them back when I'm ready to do the inside rooms. By the way, I happened to mention to another neighbor that I had Streb paint my trim. They told me he had done some interior work for them and they also thought his work was terrific and were very happy with the job.
