It would be hard to express how happy we are with these people. First, the merchandise they carry is beautiful and it's a joy just to walk through the showroom. Second, the customer service is superb. They're extremely good at figuring out when you're looking for help and when you'd rather be left alone. They quickly understood what we were looking for, quickly digested our preferences (so that after a very short time they pretty much knew in advance what we'd like and what we wouldn't), called our attention to possibilities we might have overlooked, were never ever pushy, bore with us cheerfully when we took several weeks to make our decisions, and were generally a joy to deal with. On both of the occasions (seven years apart) when we made large purchases here, we dealt primarily with Nic Cavicchioli, who was beyond great, but everyone else we dealt with seemed great as well.

The manager is very good at recommendations, and he is very experienced. Nick has been doing this for 30 years. He is fabulous, It is a high quality place, but the price is reasonable. We have gotten quite a few things from them, and we are very satisfied. They are not inexpensive, but I think for the quality, their pricing is very fair.
