My husband phoned many towing businesses for quotes for towing from Binghamton to Ithaca. Gary Wilcox was the most professional company that my husband spoke with. Gary had a good price and the eagerness to help. Other companies needed to call back because of the distance, not knowing the price to charge and some were at lunch. Gary gave us great customer service when we needed it. Mike (the tower) called prior to the tow as we requested, I met him at our sons home to get the car. Mike had a very narrow driveway to back into with a busy street. He backed that flat bed right up like he's been doing it for years. He was very professional, socialable and helpful with my questions. I felt comfortable with him taking the car this distance. I would recommend Wilcox for anyone's towing needs.
