They are consistently thorough (most other places always end up missing something...some area...some detail). Superior Shine never does. This is also the only non-bodyshop that will doing buffing out of fine scratches (that I have been able to find). They can do spot area buffing, or their Gold pkg includes a complete buffing...which you can opt for ever couple of years to get a deep down smooth shine.
They area incredibly accomodating with scheduling. They can fit you in almost any weekday and will even schedule on Saturdays per request. They will even pickup and/or drop off your car if needed.
They are a little more expensive than the others I've used (by about 10%), but as I've mentioned, they are the most thorough and reliable. I've never had a complaint and have been there a dozen times now.
If you're in or around the Endicott area and looking for a detailing of your car, you HAVE to try them out. I highly recommend them.
