Home Building
The roof has leaked from the beginning. The contractor has refused to do anything about it. He had to redo several things since his work was unsatisfactory to the local building inspector. For example, he put 2x4s in the ceiling instead of 2x8s. Many shingles on the roof have the nails in them popping up. Apparently he did not install flashing or an ice and snow shield. Beware of this contractor!
