The service went very well. It’s a new car from that particular dealership so it was my first experience. I was happy with the service. I waited but it was a reasonable period of time so it was fine. Generally, car dealerships are more expensive than independent dealers are. They were consistent with that but that’s not unexpected. They were reasonably high.

I always go to Miller where I bought my car. It is for a Hyundai. The cost was free because I leased my vehicle, new vehicle. I have been going to them for a long time. I like Hyundai. The customer service there, the environment and the office is good.

I had dropped the van off and asked the van be ready by 3:00 PM. I later got a call to identify some recommended additional repairs and to ask for authorization to perform the recommended work. I agreed that they should do some of the suggested work, but not all of it. The work was completed by the agreed upon time. There was no drama involved.
