Mattresses
I wasn't happy. The mattress sagged. The way it was told to us at the time was that they would handle anything if we had problems and that they had the guarantee. When it sagged I started reading the fine print and found out Metro had nothing to do with it and I had to go to the manufacturer. The guidelines for the manufacturer were so contingent that I had to take pictures and pay for someone to come out and see it. It turns out there was hardly a warranty on it. I ended up going back because my son needed a mattress for college but I do have to say they are good and convenient because they are everywhere.
