"One price", everyone pays the same, no negotiating bottom line pricing. Price was fair but not great. A lot of pressure to purchase worthless add-ons like rust proofing, fabric protection, paint sealent. Also they push a pricey upgrade to their free rewards program which is self-serving, geared to drive future service and sales into their dealerships. They lost the "key" socket for the wheel locks during delivery prep. A new set had to be ordered and when returning to the dealership to have them installed they gave us a hard time. First they took off the original lock nuts and replaced them with regular non-locking. When that was pointed out an obvious tussle between the service department and our sales person occured. After a couple of hours for a fifteen minute job, we drove away with new wheel locks. I didn't appreciate the hassle and inconvenience. Especially witnessing the conflict between the sales rep and service department. I will not be using their disfunctional service department in the future.
This dealership does a lot of  follow-up after the sale, but mostly by recorded messages. Very impersonal.
