I bought a coupon plan when I first bought the car about a year ago and for some reason, I also had credit there, so the cost was minimal.  The work was fine and excellent.  The staff is excellent.  I have no complaints and I will do it again.

Salesman and dealership was very agreeable to allowing our 2 test drives. Dealership subscribes to a and quot;One priceand quot;, non-negoitable pricing policy. Once we settled on a vehicle that we wanted, the price was fair but not the lowest among area dealerships. This dealer was closest to our home which ways heavy on our decision because of future possible warranty work.
Part of our deal was to include a trade-in. Their initial offer for our trade was ridiculously low. When we rejected the offer, the sales manager came out to explain that my and quot;show roomand quot; condition, year old trade was hard to value and he would call his auction specialist the next day and get back with me. That call never came. Three days later I called the sales rep to see what was going on. The only thing he could say was that they could not do better on my trade. They were never going to call me back!
I don't understand why I was not followed up. I'm a willing, qualified buyer! Three weeks earlier we had just purchased another vehicle from these guys. Also the salesman knew I had yet a third vehicle to buy this year and forth next year.
I went out of town to buy my Subuara at a better price and I got way more for my trade.
This dealer is very complacent and not willing to deal with anyone that contests their one-price strategy, low trade allowances and worthless add-ons!
