Everything went very, very well. Tim showed up promptly, assessed the situation, provided clear options and estimates, and completed the work all in a morning. Could not have gone better.

In one place where they had to drive across the lawn, they laid down wide pads so the tires would not damage the lawn. They also ran some brush that I had piled up though their chipper. When they were done the yard was cleaner than before they started. When they left there was no sign that neither they nor the trees had been there.

Performed as quoted. No issues to report. Happy with service, would hire them again.

Wonderfully. They were extremely professional and amazing at getting in and out of the yard. I loved watching them work and had no concerns about damage to the property. They were friendly and efficient and I would call them again.

They arrived the day after faxing the signed estimate back.  The tree was around 80 ft tall and had power, cable, and phone lines going through it's branches.  They removed the tree in around 90 minutes than came back the next day and removed the stump.  Final cost matched the original estimate.  They did a good job of cleaning after.  Overall excellent service.

Arrived on time on date promised. 2 of the and quot;boss' sonsand quot; and another fellow began work promptly, finished work in good time, picked up all debris and took away. Trimmed a respectful amount from neighbor's branches. I estimate the job will have to be done again in 3,4 years which is reasonable

We contacted Cook's Tree Service for an estimate. They told me they could be out at the end of the week to do the estimate. They arrived, chatted with me about what work we wanted done, and gave me a written estimate for cost. A few days later we contacted them to order the service. They gave me an approximate date they would be out. A few days before their scheduled work day I called to confirm the appointment with them.
On the scheduled work day they arrived with a team of guys. They cut down the trees that were leaning on our power wires, as well as several other trees. At our request they left some cut up wood for us to use in our fire pit. They cleaned up all other branches, raked the yard, and used a leaf blower to blow all wood chips into the woods. Not only did they do an amazing job, they also cleaned up after themselves!
We are very happy with the work they did and will use them again in the future!

They have a sizable crew and some are a bit better then others is their trimming and disaese diagnoses. They are one of the few who do some limited disease treatments because of the onerous requirements that have caused the others to stop. They can handle almost anything.

Excellent job. Arrived when promised and got the job done in a timely and professional manner. Said they would return within one week to grind out the stumps and they were here the next day finishing the job.

Everything went smoothly. They cleaned up all the debris thoroughly (except for the firewood, and the wood shavings/sawdust that I wanted to keep for mulch). This was done during their busiest time of year (late spring and early summer). I had to be a little bit persistent to get an estimate and then to get the actual cutting scheduled -- but once the work was scheduled, they showed up exactly on time. Pleasant people. Will call again for trimming.

We moved into our Westside house on August 4th. Began calling tree services almost immediately to see about getting the various limbs cut that hung over our roof and yard. All of the trees were on our neighbors property. Out of the 4-5 businesses I called, Cooks was one of 3 that actually showed up and gave us a quote. One company said they wouldn't touch the job, one company said they would get back to us and Cooks gave us a written estimate that day. Because the tree in question was a very large oak tree, they wanted to wait until cooler weather came. We were hoping for late September - early October. Ended up getting pushed back to very late November.
Crew came early, began working, used the bucket truck and chipper to get the job done. Started around 7:30-8:00am and were done by noon. Cost $1,000 which is pretty much what we expected. We would use this company again.

I've known about them for years. They were very efficient and I thought their price was fair.

It went very well. They came when they said they would. I asked them, and several others, to come give us a quote. They weren't the lowest, but we took their quote. They had the right equipment to do what needed to be done. He gave us a price range for what needed to be done and gave us options. They cleaned up unbelievably well. It took about four hours and it came out to be exactly what we agreed to.

They were prompt and reasonable and I would use them again.
