My furnace would not restart without a reset after each cycle. I called Cook's on a late Saturday afternoon. Tim said he would be there within the hour and quoted me a very reasonable price for a weekend service call. He was there in a half hour, evaluated and resolved the problem quickly. While he had the furnace open, he also cleaned all the dust and dirt that had accumulated inside. He did a very thorough job and ended up charging me less than the price he quoted. I will call Cook's for all future plumbing and heating needs, and would highly recommend them.

This was the second time I've used Cook's. This time, it was just to do the annual cleaning on two steam boilers. With my work schedule, I needed them to be flexible on an appointment date/time ... and they were. Prompt to arrive ... did the job quickly and at a very reasonable price.
My first contact with Cook's was when we woke up to no hot water on July 5th, 2013. It was a Friday after a Thursday holiday, and I wasn't sure who would be working since taking the day off made for a nice long weekend. Called Sears (who had installed it originally) and they said they'd try to have someone to my house by 5pm. I looked in the Yellow Pages and found Cook's Plumbing. I called. He was at my house in 45 minutes. I guess I expected to have to replace the hot water tank, but he took the burner apart, cleaned it all up, put it back together and I had water heating within 30 minutes. Total charge was less than I'd have paid for the service call ALONE had I allowed Sears to come. Needless to say, I canceled with Sears.
I will definitely use Cook's Plumbing again.

During the previous freeze Tim came to see why only our kitchen sink pipes froze. We found that for some reason the lines ran against a outside wall that had no insulated. Plans were made to run new lines in the spring. Then we got this freeze period and it became important to do the job now. Tim and his assistant arrived on time. Replaced the pipes in question and removed other useless pipes. While Tim was doing this our outdoor pipe burst and he replaced that as well. Tim is efficient and more than reasonable is his pricing. We are relieved to find a reliable plumber and will most certainly use his services again.

I called Tim this morning after having continual problems with the furnace not starting properly. He was very prompt in returning my call and got me scheduled right in. He is very professional and courteous and explained all that he was going to do. He tested everything before he left and I feel very confident in his work; which is very important. He will definitely be my go to guy with all my future plumbing and heating issues.

We noticed our hot water heater leaking on a Friday evening. The owner responded to my call that evening, gave me a quote over the phone and arranged to perform the repairs that Monday. He explained all the work he was doing to me. I found him to be reliable, professional, trustworthy and he honored his phone quote.

Service was performed well and as expected. I received a full report after the job with recommendations for ways I can preserve my heating equipment. I was also informed about a previously undetected water heater leak.

I had furnace replaced and central air added. I'm very happy with their work and will hire them again.

I was very happy with the service and the price. The installation and cleanup was done on time. Tim Cook is very pleasant and easy to work with. We did have one problem with the A/C about a year later and Tim fixed it the same day I called. I'll most definitely use Cook's for any future A/C and plumbing needs.

He did all that he quoted and added a small repair for a nominal charge. Very impressed with his professionalism and preparedness. I would reccomend him for any plumbing and heating service.

It was a very difficult job for Tim. He had to go through the garage wall and basement and install all new pipes, shut off valves and drains before he could remove the old sink and install the new one. It took hin and an assistant all day to do the job and he came back the next day to finsh some touch ups. For all the work he did, the price was very, very reasonable and the finished product is beautiful. The pipes were on the verge of leaking, so we are very glad we had the work done. Tim is as honest as they come and an excellent plumber.
