They were excellent. Very efficient and on time. We looked at two other companies, and Bats-R-Us had a much price and process. Very high quality. It was a perfect experience. And no more bats.

They were very thorough and professional. They were neat in their workmanship. They did it all from the outside of the house. I haven't had anymore squirrels. They were responsive and punctual.
