They came out to scope out the work and took pictures of the job. When the workers came they came to me and asked what was needing to be done. When I looked over the work I notice one part of the job was not addressed and to me that was big part of the job. I think they would have not done it if I didn't point it out. The workers were nice and courteous.

All went well - chimney is in good shape! One word of caution - All American Chimney Sweep is the real deal... make sure you are dealing with Kurt. I've had other chimney cold calls in the past pretending to be them!

They did the work on my daughters house. I was happy with the way the receptionst handled scheduling. They were very responsive. My daughter was happy with the results. She plans on using him in the future.

Kurt arrived and first set up so that he did not make a mess. He first inspected the chimney - as it had not been used in many years, a lot of debris fell through. He got his filter/vacuum thing and cleaned out all the debris, answered all my questions and was on his way. He did an excellent job and I would absolutely use him again.

Kurt showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He was unobtrusive and worked very cleanly, even though his machine made a lot of noise (once I got used to it, it didn't bother me at all - though it sounded great when it stopped...). I was able to continue my computer work in the same room while he cleaned the chimney. He was honest enough to recommend that we could skip next year's cleaning given how little creosote built up on the chimney's insides since we last had it done.

The experience went very well. Their professionalism was excellent. It was easy to make the appointment and they were even a little bit early. The quality of service was very good. The price quoted was a little bit lower than the final price. The total price was fine, but I wasn't told about the extra charge at first.

Kurt responded to our phone call and was able to set up an appointment within a couple of days. He arrived on time, was neat and did the job quickly and professionally.

Good, easy communication, professional, arrived on time. Left the job a little dirty, might have been caused by poor lighting in my basement or the fact my flue hadn't been cleaned in a few years. Would hire again.
