 + -1 moreJeff showed up with his computer case and was dressed very professional. He asked about what I used the computer for, hold old it was, what operating system I was using and what I saw happening. He explained everything he did as he was doing it. He brought up screens I never new where there. He spoke in plan English so I understood everything. When he was finished he made go with him to test each computer in the house. He even recommended some programs that would help get my work done faster. He never tried to sell me anything.
Description of Work: Removed virus, adjusted memory, installed correct drivers, provided training on QuickBooks and set up my in home wireless network so we could share files from all the computers in my house.
