I had a great experience with Tradewell, they did an impeccable job, and the team was professional!

I was so IMPRESSED by thus group of people. GREG came to give me an estimate on the repairs I needed to make. On the roofs flat rubberized waterproof roof. They came and demolished the existing completely demolished roof. They removed the roof down to the base. Put a complete new layer/base of ALL NEW plywood covering the roof covering it in its entity. I have NEVER seen a more cleanly straight laid work in my life. They bought in a truck and consistently cleaned up ALL the debris VERY CLEAN!! they left my property in WAY better condition than when they arrived. The team were very personable, professional and spoke excellent English. Greg communicated with in excellence throughout this entire process. I think its important to mention that I was pleasantly surprised that this company NEVER ONCE treated me like "A WOMAN". In these days that saying is a mouthful. I HIGHLY recommend this company to my family and friends. As a SIDE NOTE. afyterb6 estimates this was the only roofing company I encountered that had the complete setup with a plethora of available payment options. fnancing available in case you need these services it was nice to know they have OPTIONS!!

we very very fortunate to find tradewell!! Greg is a very professional and super informative. from the first estimate you get a good feeling that you in good hands and they really know what they doing. (unlike other companies)... we start the project with an empty attic room and turn it to a beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi, skylights and radiant heat in the floors. greg was on point with every step of the way, running plumbing from 2nd floor all the way to the basement and installing everything was done to perfection!! NO DAMAGES AT ALL !! the crew were super careful and work very clean which is very important when you doing a few month project. the design and advise was on point as well. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL THE HARD WORK !!

We had Greg (Tradewell Construction) gut renovate our Queens apartment bathroom several years ago, and a couple years later, we rehired Greg to overhaul our dine-in kitchen. Greg and his subcontractors consistently did high-quality work in a timely fashion, and Greg was involved in every part of the process - not only just the work, but helping us select finishes and appliances, and dealing with building management hassles. Our bathroom and kitchen have been praised by everyone who has visited, and our apartment value has increased as a result. I also want to note that anytime we have had any minor (wear and tear) issues through the years, Greg has been super responsive and helpful beyond my expectations. This kind of customer service is simply unheard of in this day and age - Greg truly stands behind his work and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Greg was there every step of the way. He constantly checked the quality of the work and made sure all was perfect. I could not be happier with the results. I will definitely be using his services again in the future.

My husband and I recently had our kitchen redone by Tradewell. Prior to the work, our culinary corner was ancient--I suspect some colonists may have dined there after departing Britain. Our end goal was to procure a modern and functional kitchen that was also aesthetically appealing and to save on time and money (life's demons). Greg at Tradewell allowed us to achieve that goal by providing cost-effective options and answering all of our questions. We actually stayed slightly below our budget. The ability to ask questions about my own home is of utmost importance to me; Greg's professional and friendly demeanor made doing so easy. He also responded to our inquiries quickly. I can say the same of Will who performed much of the work. The process was painless, and the end result is exactly what we wanted. We felt that Tradewell respected our choices, worked with careful precision, and offered high-quality service and products.

Tradewell turned an ugly bathroom from the 50s into a beautiful modern bathroom that is very pleasing to the eye, we get compliments from our house guests all the time. It was a pleasure to work with Greg, the work he provides is outstanding and absolutely professional. There is no limit with him to pleasing his customer. I will be using him again in the near future and will recommend him to others.

Tradewell provides a great service. Their workers are very talented, clean and courteous. The job was completed on time and my basement looks beautiful.

He is very hands on, he make sure his workers meet his standards or they will redo it ( I apreceated that very much). He is very reliable.

He was always there when I needed him, Johnny on the spot and did excellent work.

Greg from Tradewell Construction is a professional and knows his business. His company has done my entire roof and just recently I had brick work done on the front of my house that was a job wiell done...

The group was very professional,starting with the owner Greg, to his crew. Greg listen to all of our ideas and concerns and had his workers carried out the job perfectly to our tastes. They updated throughout the job/installations and answered all our questions in between. We will definetly use them in the future.

Excellent over-all experience , roof was ripped and replaced in one day . One shrub was damaged but was replaced by Greg to my satisfaction , a pleasure to do business with .

We contracted with Tradewell to re-side and re-roof our house. I have to say Tradewell did a SUPER job. Greg was the best to work with. He was very accomadating, considerate, and most inmportanly to me, not at all condescending. He listened to our vision, worked with our ideas and offered options and many visual samples. Greg delivered everything thing that he promised. Long after the job was done, Greg was still checking in. I would recommend tradewell at anytime.
