My house was pretty much practice for him. I wanted a professional and got someone who did not have a clue. Took him 2 days and 2 extra people to replace a video doorbell. It was a simple switch of one camera for a new one. It was the same camera just a replacement. No installation required. Then he wanted to charge me extra because it was more work for him. REALLY???? I should have gotten a discount for having to wait for a doorbell. I should not have to call the manufacturer for them to walk you through this. Never again
