It's a dealership, what can you expect?. I really only went there because the repair was covered by the warranty. Had to schedule an apppointment a few days ahead of time, waited on line to get service. Took the car in at around 7:30 AM and I never heard from them. Finally called them at around 4PM and they informed they didn't have the necessary part to fix the car. The dealership doesn't have the part?!?!? Isn't the dealership where the local mechanics go to get parts?!?
So they tell me they will inform me when the part comes in....I wait over a week....no contact. Call them back....no one knows what I'm talking about...the technician who took my car is on vacation. I call again the next day, get someone who can figure things out.....the part is in!!! And has been for well over a week, but no phone call telling me such,
I make another appointment and it takes hours and hours to get it repaired.
In short it was quite painful. I think I'd only go back for warranty work.
But its the dealership and this type of experience is quite common with dealerships.

South Shore Hyundai were professional and the price was great. Ramon the sales manager did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again in the future and if I had more money I would buy another car from South Shore Hyundai.
