They were excellent. They used four men to make sure roof past inspection.

I had a real negative experience with them. I got two pairs of glasses from them. They were very thorough fitting the frames to my face, I would say that much for them, but everything else was a nightmare. It took several days to get my glasses, and I had wire frames and the lens kept falling out of them constantly! Needless to say, I was very unhappy with them. I would not use them again in the future.
